Views in action

Views are the primary tool used to manage your support tickets. The tickets displayed in a specific view need to meet a variety of requirements, such as their status and assignee. This allows you to organize your tickets into groups and make them easier to manage.

Commonly used views would be new, unsolved and solved tickets. Each view would respectively display the tickets that have been recently received, are in progress, or have been resolved.
