Responding to a ticket for the first time

  1. Login to your WordPress dashboard
  2. Select ‘Nifty Desk’
  3. A table with a list of tickets will be shown
  4. Select a ticket you would like to reply to
  5. Once inside the ticket, you may reply to the user and submit your ticket and update the ticket status, priority and agent
  6. Once you submit your ticket, your response will be added to the message and the user will be notified via email
