Creating a view

Creating a view can be done by logging into your WordPress dashboard and then going to Help Desk -> Settings and clicking on the Views tab (Help Desk -> Settings -> Views Tab)



You’ll be taken to a page where you can enter a name for your view, as well as the parameters your tickets need to be meet, in order for them to display in that view


The above example will show all new tickets that have not been assigned to any agent, and do not have a priority set

Once the necessary options have been selected, click on the Submit button to save your view


Thereafter, you will be taken back to the Views tab where you can then add, edit or delete your views

To see your view in action, go to the Help Desk page
